Description
The Ancient Story of Our Future Hope
Eschatology is defined as the “doctrine of last things.” Today, this subject often produces heated debates about the millennium, the second coming, and the end of history.
But we won’t see the full significance of how God’s story ends if we start reading at the last chapter. A truly biblical study of the end times requires that we view the whole span of redemptive history. Scripture records the agelong unfolding of God’s promises kept and prophecies fulfilled through the coming of Jesus Christ and His kingdom.
From Age to Age examines God’s plan for the end of history by tracing every stage along the way. From Genesis to Revelation, Dr. Keith Mathison shows that eschatology is the ancient story of our future hope: the salvation of sinners, the defeat of evil, and the renewal of creation for God’s everlasting glory.
