Description
Terence Charlston performs Bach’s organ masterpieces using the organs of Douai Abbey , including the Italian Tamburini (1979) and Tickel l (1993).
Including classics like the Fantasia and Fugue in G Minor alongside rarer fragments like the Pedalexercitium, the recording highlights Bach’s evolving styles from his youthful North German virtuosity to a later refined French-influenced counterpoint.
