Description
Comprises Gabriel Fauré’s complete sacred choral repertoire: the Requiem, the Cantique and the Messe Basse.
This important Lammas recording premiered John Rutter’s 1983 edition of the Requiem which corrected earlier transcription errors, and restored the restrained 1893 orchestration of the original.
