Description
Presenting alternative texts within the English service of Mattins the programme features four diverse settings of the colourful Benedicite by Harris, Sumsion, and Jackson, plus a commissioned work by James Thomas. Interspersed with anthems by modern masters like Howells and George Malcolm, these highlight the rich, creative variety within the daily English choral tradition.
