Em is settling into life with her foster Mum, Susie, and is getting to know her newly discovered paternal grandparents. Much to the disapproval of her alcoholic mother, whose erratic decisions are di<icult for Em to cope with.
Em’s gift for dance is flourishing and she is excited to begin a Performing Arts diploma. Then, dancing in best friend Cass’ church brings more changes in terms of a fledgling faith and a new friendship with a former enemy.
