Description
After 40 years of wandering the desert, the people of God find themselves at a turning point. Moses is dead and buried. A new leader, Joshua, has risen in his place. How will the people respond? Will they continue to follow a godly leader and trust tin the promises of God? The relationship between God and His people is dependent upon the faithfulness of God. This is a theme that dominates the book of Joshua. All throughout we watch as God stays true to His character and faithful in all His promises towards His people to give them a land, an inheritance, and future. Ultimately the faithfulness of God through Joshua points to the faithfulness of God through Jesus Christ, our Savior. (7 sessions)
