The Treasures for the Journey series of books are designed to be easily popped into a pocket or a handbag. They are only 7.4cm X 10.5 cm and contain 16 pages. Each book is based on a theme to help you in your life journey.
This book is called 'Treasures for the Journey - Breath Prayers with Paintings' and it contains breath prayers to encourage you and challenge you to a closer walk with God. Breath prayers are very short prayers, sometimes just a single word that can be said in one breath.
It is said that saying the name of God, YHWH or Yahweh is like the sound of breathing and thus every breath we take repeats the name, calling on His presence in our lives.
The paintings are all by Mary and are inspired by the Pilgrim Posts that lead to the Island and the three-fold cord.
